B.1 The service

Boutique Pro is a monthly subscription for professional sellers: dedicated store page, “Pro” badge, and the benefits described on the Boutique Pro page.

B.2 Price and billing

• Price: AED 99 / month, inclusive of applicable taxes, payable in advance by card through our payment provider.
• Automatic renewal: the subscription renews each month on its anniversary date, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We may change the price with at least thirty (30) days’ notice; the new price applies from the next cycle. If you do not accept it, cancel before renewal.

B.3 Cancellation

By you: at any time, from your account or by email to contact@gulf-grid.ae. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly cycle — no pro-rata refund; benefits remain active until that date.

By us: in the event of a breach of the Terms (with immediate effect for serious breaches), or with thirty (30) days’ notice if we discontinue the Boutique Pro service.

B.4 Professional status

By subscribing to Boutique Pro, you declare that you act as a professional and warrant that you comply with the obligations applicable to traders in your country (trade licence, tax obligations, local consumer law towards your buyers).
