The following are prohibited on the Platform:

Unlawful items and content

• stolen or counterfeit goods, or goods whose sale is restricted/prohibited in the UAE or in the country of sale;
• weapons, non-homologated dangerous goods, official documents (plates, blank registration cards);
• content contrary to the public order, morals or laws of the United Arab Emirates (including obscene, hateful or defamatory content, or content promoting illegal activities, including public-road racing).

Fraud and deception

• false or misleading listings, or listings for non-existent items;
• tampered odometers, deliberate concealment of major defects or accident history;
• phishing, payment or delivery scams, impersonation;
• fake reviews, manipulation of prices or bids.

Platform abuse

• duplicate listings, listings in the wrong category for visibility purposes, spam;
• circumventing the connection service (posting contact details to bypass the Platform’s mechanisms where they are required);
• automated data collection (scraping), reverse engineering, attempted unauthorised access;
• creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or package limits;
• advertising competing services or services unrelated to the Platform’s purpose.

Sanctions

Listing removal, warning, suspension or deletion of the account depending on severity (see section 18 of the Terms of Use), without any refund of paid services, and reporting to the authorities where required by law.
