These terms supplement the Terms of Use for every listing published on the Platform. In case of conflict, this Schedule A prevails for the listings concerned.

A.1 Seller obligations

By publishing a listing, you represent and warrant that the listed item is:

1. legally owned by you (or that you are duly authorised to sell it);
2. genuinely available for sale;
3. located in your country at the time of publication;
4. accurately described: actual condition, mileage/hours of use, known defects, any significant accident history, and registration status clearly stated (see A.2).

A.2 Registration status — mandatory for vehicles

GulfGrid welcomes road-legal vehicles as well as track machines, restoration projects and imported vehicles awaiting homologation. No roadworthiness requirement is imposed, but every vehicle listing must clearly state one of the following statuses:

• Road legal — registered or registrable in the country of sale;
• Track only — circuit use only, not registrable as is;
• Project / restoration — sold as is, possibly not running;
• Unregistered / import — customs clearance and homologation at the buyer’s expense.

The buyer is solely responsible for verifying this status and completing the formalities (transfer, registration, insurance, customs clearance) with the authorities of their country.

A.3 Category rules

• Vehicles (cars, motorcycles, jet skis, quads, karting): one listing per vehicle; VIN/serial number provided upon genuine buyer request; photos of the actual vehicle.
• Parts and equipment: compatibility described honestly (makes/models), new/used condition stated; counterfeit goods are prohibited (see the Acceptable Use Policy).
• Sim racing: hardware and software licences only in accordance with the publisher’s terms; no stolen or shared game accounts.
• Services (preparation, tuning, transport, mechanics…): the provider warrants holding the licences/authorisations required in their country; GulfGrid does not guarantee the quality of services.
• Events & meetups: the organiser is solely responsible for permits, safety and compliance of the event; unauthorised public-road events (illegal racing) are strictly prohibited.

A.4 Reminder

GulfGrid does not inspect any vehicle, certify any mileage or guarantee any history. Section 12 (transactions between users) and section 16 (limitation of liability) of the Terms of Use apply in full.
